This Privacy Policy of personal information (hereinafter - Policy) applies to all information, which U-Platforma KZ LLP and/or its affiliates, including all persons in the same group with U-Platforma KZ LLP (hereinafter - U-Platforma KZ), can receive about user during his using any website, services, services, programs and products U-Platforma KZ (hereinafter - Services, Services U-Platforma KZ). User's consent for providing of personal information, given by him in accordance with this Policy within the limits of relations with one of persons, forming part of U-Platforma KZ, is spread to all persons, forming part of U-Platforma KZ.

2.1 Crystal Spring collects and stores personal data only for the purpose of providing the Services and rendering the services (performing agreements and contracts with the Users).

2.2.1 Identification of User within the framework of agreements and contracts with U-Platforma KZ;

3. Terms of processing personal information of the User and its transfer to third parties
3.1 U-Platforma KZ stores personal information of users in accordance with the internal regulations of particular services.
3.2 Personal information of the User preserves its confidentiality, except cases of voluntary submission of information about itself by User for general access to unlimited range of persons. When using particular Services, user agrees that certain part of his personal information becomes public.
3.3. U-Platforma KZ has the right to transfer user's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1 User has explicitly expressed his consent to such actions;
3.3.2 The transfer is necessary in the context of the use of a particular Service by the User or to provide a service to the User. In this case, the confidentiality of the personal information is ensured and the User will be explicitly informed of such a transfer;
